If we are ever out of a particular item or decorative element, i.e. a specific basket, vases, plush toy, flower, etc., we may substitute a similar item or element of equal or greater value to ensure your gift arrives on time. In making substitutions, we always take great care and consideration in finding gifts that will meet or exceed the expectations of both the gift giver and recipient.

2) Make it fresh and beautiful:

• In single-variety arrangements only, variety will take preference over colour. For instance, if a florist is out of "yellow roses," they will substitute another colour of roses, not another yellow flower.
